The organization is having wide area networking of brotherhood mechanism though conduct of different awareness generation initiatives across the state. At present the Organization works in different districts of the Orissa. In the state, the Organization has concentrated its activities in Cuttack, Ganjam, Koraput,Kendrapara,Puri. More than 80,000 people have been benefited directly or indirectly from the programmes of the Organization.
