SWAPNA is managed by a Board of Advisors which comprises of individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise. The General body is formed consisting of following members and a few independent members with eminence and reputation are nominated from time to time to the Advisory Board. Members of this board meet once in every quarter.

The Board of Advisors advises the Organization, taking inputs from the Executive Committee.

Our Model: Social Work with Endeavor & Philanthropy

We understand that every successful venture needs a ‘delivery model’. SWAPNA introduced an innovative delivery model probably for the first time in the development sector and named it ‘Social Work with Endeavour and Philanthropy’. The model is inspired from some dedicated personalities and choices of some Cine artists. This delivery model of SWAPNA has a multiplier effect, particularly in the optimum distribution of resources. In other terms, the strategy involves providing professional guidance, training support, capacity building and even counseling on productivity and augmentation of efficiency. The model helps reach out to and strengthen a large number of like minded individuals and organizations countrywide. The focus has been laid on sustainability and leadership for a greater cause i.e. social service and nation building.
